A bikie gang's club house in Wellard has been destroyed by fire.
Firefighters were called out to the property on Millar Road around 8.15pm on Thursday.
According to 9News, a New Zealand based outlaw motorcycle gang, the Highway 61, rent the house.
Arson Squad Detectives say the blaze is being treated as suspicious.
The fire caused an estimated damage bill of $400,000.
