Taking place Sunday May 2, this will be an opportunity for locals to meet the Mayor and Councillors and hear first hand about projects and activities happening in the area.
Residents can also ask any questions they may have and find out about the future focus and vision for the city.
There will also be a coffee van there serving hot drinks for people attending.
The event will take place at the Yaburgurt Kaaleepa Reserve which is located on the intersection of Mclarty Rd and Glencoe Pde starting at 9:30am.
