Design images have been released for the new Madora Bay Primary School.
The $25.7 million school will feature state-of-the-art facilities including an administration block with dental therapy centre attached, library, kindergarten/pre-primary block, two double-storey and one single-storey general learning blocks including art/science and inclusive education rooms, covered assembly area and canteen, oval, hard courts, as well as staff and parent parking.
Construction is due to begin in November 2021 and will be completed for the 2023 school year.
The school, which is yet to be named, will cater for up to 650 students in Mandurah's northern suburbs.
