Police are continuing their investigation into a fatal crash in East Rockingham, the sixth death on WA roads since Thursday.
It happened when a ute left the road and hit a tree at the intersection of Patterson Road and Ward Road around 8.15am on Sunday, July 6.
The driver died at the scene.

The crash comes less than 24 hours after Road Safety Commissioner Adrian Warner spoke of the previous five deaths since Thursday.
“That’s five families grieving, five groups of friends, loved ones, work colleagues, all dealing with loss, all preventable deaths,” Mr Warner said.
“It’s a reminder to everybody at the start of school holidays that we just need to take more care.”
