Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are investigating a fatal crash which occurred in Baldivis overnight, Monday 2 February 2026.
About 11.20pm, a blue Ford Falcon sedan was travelling in a southerly direction on Kwinana Freeway when the vehicle left the road and struck a tree.
Tragically a 44-year-old female passenger sustained life-threatening injuries and died at the scene.
The 40-year-old male driver was conveyed to Royal Perth Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
