Firefighters have managed to gain control of two bushfires burning in Cooloongup and Wagerup.
Crews were called out to the Cooloongup fire just after 5pm on Sunday with the blaze burning near Rockingham Hospital and neighbouring homes.
With the help of water bombers, firefighters managed to contain the fire within a few hours.
A bushfire advice remains for nearby residents.
The cause is not yet known.

Meanwhile, a bushfire also sparked up in parts of Wagerup and Waroona.
The blaze was reported just after 5pm on Sunday.
Aerial crews along with firefighters on the ground worked together to bring the fire under control.
A bushfire advice remains in place for people in an area bounded by Forrest Highway, Johnston Road, Bristol Road, Somers Road, Buller Road and Peppermint Grove Road.
The cause of the fire is also unknown.
