Police are investigating a car fire at the Mandurah Forum.
Firefighters were called to the underground carpark on Pinjarra Road around 8.30am on Sunday to find a ute fully engulfed.
It took them half an hour to extinguish the blaze.
The damage bill has been put at $10,000.
A DFES spokesperson said the fire is believed to have been deliberately lit.
Mandurah Police are investigating.
It comes after a second car burst into flames in the carpark of the same shopping centre just over a week ago.
