A Mandurah ride-share driver has been charged over the alleged sexual assault of a woman.
The woman, aged in her 20s, was picked up from a location in Mandurah around 1.15am on February 28.
During the journey, the driver allegedly sexually assaulted the woman.
A 37-year-old man from Mandurah has been charged with one count of unlawful and indecent assault and one count of sexual penetration without consent.
He is due to appear before the Fremantle Magistrates Court today.
Police have notified the relevant ride-share companies and the Department of Transport of the arrest.
