The City of Rockingham are calling on the public to have their say on a proposed pump track in the Safety Bay or Shoalwater area.
The City has chosen two reserves as possible locations for the track, June Road Reserve in Safety Bay and Apex Reserve in Shoalwater.
The idea for the project came directly from local residents and is supported by the Council.
"The need for outdoor recreational facilities for older children was identified as currently lacking within the area," a City of Rockingham spokesperson said.
"The preferred facility is a pump track."
Residents are encouraged to have their say on the proposed pump track.
Submissions close at 4pm on Friday October 6, 2023.
