Police are looking to identify two people after a security guard was allegedly knocked to the ground trying to stop them stealing from a sports shop in Greenfields.
Police say a man and a woman went into the sports retail store on Pinjarra Road around 3.30pm on June 21 and took several clothing items off the display racks.
"When they headed towards the exit doors carrying the clothing items, the store security officer who attempted to stop them from leaving the store, was shouldered to the ground and they ran from the store with the clothing items," a WA Police spokesperson said.
Police have released CCTV images of a man and woman who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation and two more incidents that happened earlier in the day where they were wearing different clothing.
The man is described as brown skinned, with a large build, between 30 to 40 years of age with an unshaven appearance.
The woman is described as brown skinned with a medium build, between 30 to 40 years of age with brown highlighted hair tied back in a pony tail.
