A person has been found dead in Rockingham.
The deceased person was located at a park area on Leghorn Street near Diamantina Way just before 8am on Friday.
Police have taped off the area which is near Rockingham Senior High School.
The circumstances surrounding the person's death is not yet known.
A WA Police spokesperson confirmed the body was not discovered by a student.
