Police call for witnesses to serious motorcycle crash in Wannanup

A motorcycle rider is recovering in hospital after a serious crash in Wannanup.

Police say a blue Mitsubishi Lancer and a black Kawasaki motorcycle collided around 2.35pm on Tuesday on Old Coast Road southbound near the Port Bouvard Bridge.

The motorcycle rider, a man in his 40s, was airlifted to Royal Perth Hospital with serious injuries.

Officers are seeking any witnesses to either the crash or the actions of a black Kawasaki motorcycle or a blue Mitsubishi Lancer to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or report online at www.crimestopperswa.com.au quoting 240821 1439 16038.
