WA Police are seeking the whereabouts of Scottie Eugene Miller.
The 32-year-old is believed to be the Mandurah area but could have travelled to the wider metro area.
Miller has a distinctive tattoo on his neck and may now have a beard.
Police warn he should not be approached if seen in public.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police immediately on 131 444.
