The WA Police are looking to urgently locate 49-year-old Hayden Burbank and 39-year-old Mark Babbage.
Mr Burbank and Mr Babbage recently arrived from interstate and are suspected of failing to comply with a Direction (Emergency Management Act).
It is believed they were in the South West of the state yesterday, driving in a black Audi - WA registration 1GWR 307.

Mr Burbank is described as being 49 years, 180 cms tall, with a medium build and short brown hair.
Mr Babbage is described as being 38 years, 180 cms tall, with a slim build and short brown hair.
Anyone who sees either man is urged to call police immediately on 131 444.
Anyone with information regarding the possible whereabouts of Mr Burbank or Mr Babbage is asked to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or report the information online at www.crimestopperswa.com.au.
