Residents encouraged to give feedback on City of Mandurah through online survey

Mandurah residents are being encouraged to have their say about the progress of the city and the services that are delivered through a survey launched by the City of Mandurah.

The Community Scorecard survey is asking local residents to give feedback on a range of areas across the City of Mandurah including services, facilities, events and the environment.

The survey is being conducted on the City’s behalf by independent research company Catalyse Pty Ltd, and is open to everyone in the household aged 14 years and above.

The results of the survey will help the City to better understand what’s important to people, and to ensure the City is providing services and programs that meet the needs of the community now and into the future.

Mayor Rhys Williams encouraged everyone to become part of the conversation to help ensure Mandurah’s best days are ahead.

“The Community Scorecard survey is a great way for us to check in with how our community is feeling, and make sure we’re on the right track to delivering what our residents want and need,” Mayor Williams said.

“It’s a chance for us to make sure our services and projects are a reflection of what is important to our community.

“The more people that give us feedback, the better sense we’ll get of how we’re doing, so I encourage everyone to have their say.”

The survey is now open to complete online at www.catalyse.com.au/studies.

It will remain open until Friday, April 8.

All survey results will be dealt with in the strictest of confidence and when reporting results back to the City, Catalyse only presents aggregated or anonymous data.

Once complete, a summary of the results will be posted on the City’s website.
