A $13 million six-storey development at the Smart Street Mall has been given the green light.
Set to be the largest development in Mandurah in over 15 years, the project was approved by a State Government assessment panel this week.
Silverleaf Investments' plan includes 29 short-stay Quest-style apartments, a "boutique brewery-style" double-storey restaurant, offices and 460sqm of retail floorspace.
The development will also feature car parking bays, a conference room, gym and an outdoor barbecue area.
The six-storey building will be bordered by Mandurah Terrace to the west, Smart Street to the south, Sholl Street to the east and Tuckey Street to the north.
