A 56-year-old man has been charged after allegedly holding two teenage girls captive inside a Henderson motel room and sexually assaulting them.
The alleged sexual assaults, against the 17 and 19-year-old girls, happened inside a Ship and Dock Inn motel room on Quill Way in the early hours of Monday morning.
It's alleged the man held the victims against their will and didn't let them leave the room.
A short time later one of the girls managed to call police who attended and took the man into custody.
Both girls were taken to hospital for medical treatment.
The 56-year-old man from Henderson is due to appear before the Fremantle Magistrates Court today on the charges of five counts of sexual penetration without consent, two counts of unlawful and indecent assault, two counts of deprivation of liberty and one count of attempted sexual penetration without consent.
If you are or have been a victim of sexual abuse, or if you have information about someone being abused, please contact police on 131 444.
