The 2023 Telethon home will be built in Madora Bay for a second straight year.
The slab has already been laid for the modern four-bedroom, two-bathroom home which is located in the Seaside Estate.
The house has been described as the 'epitome of luxury living' with high-end finishes and attention to detail throughout.
Home Group and Satterley have donated the complete home build and land, with 100 per cent of the proceeds being donated to Telethon.
“Home Group feel so privileged to return in 2023 to build the Telethon Home again. We had such an amazing experience last year and can’t wait to be a part of this magical weekend again!”, Home Group Managing Director Anthony Silvestro said.
"This year’s Telethon Home is located on a prime lot, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and surrounded by amenities including schools, shops, transport and recreational spaces" Satterley Chief Executive Nigel Satterley said.
The home can be viewed later this year and details of the sale will be revealed during the Telethon Weekend on October 21 and 22.
The 2022 Telethon home, also located in Madora Bay, sold for $760,000.
