Three men have been rescued after their boat capsized near Garden Island.
Police were alerted to the upturned vessel at 8.55am this morning.
Water Police, Police Air Wing and DFES Marine Rescue Cockburn were deployed to the boats location near Seaweed Reef, about 4 nautical miles north west of Garden Island.
The Police Air Wing arrived to the scene first and was able to confirm that a six meter catamaran had capsized and was taking on water.
The three men on the boat could be seen sitting on the upturned hull.
The men, one aged in his 60's and two aged in their 50's, were recused by Water Police a short time later and taken to Woodman Point.
Luckily, none of them were injured.
