A house has been destroyed by fire in Warnbro.
The blaze started around 4.30am on Monday at the vacant property on Royal Palm Drive.
When emergency services arrived the home was fully engulfed by flames and the roof collapsed.
The damage bill has been estimated at $500,000.
Arson Squad investigators will attend the scene to conduct a fire scene examination.
