There's calls for improved safety on the Forrest Highway in West Pinjarra after three major crashes in just 48 hours.
The latest happened about 10.55am on Saturday, August 15 when a white Honda CR-V station sedan lost control and rolled on the highway near Greenlands Road.
The 45-year-old male driver and two children were conveyed to Peel Health Campus for treatment of minor injuries.
A 42-year-old female passenger was conveyed to Royal Perth Hospital for treatment of serious injuries.
The second crash happened about 11.25am on Friday, August 14.
A white MG travelling west on Greenlands Road and a silver Porsche travelling south on Forrest Highway collided at the intersection.
The 77-year-old male driver of the MG died at the scene while a 64-year-old female passenger of the Porsche suffered serious injuries and was taken to Peel Health Campus.
The first crash happened about 6.40pm on Thursday, August 13.
Police say a white Mitsubishi Pajero travelling south on Forrest Highway and a white Hyundai i30 turning right from Greenlands Road onto Forrest Highway, collided.
The impact caused the Mitsubishi to roll.
A male passenger of the Mitsubishi suffered critical injuries and was rushed to Royal Perth Hospital, while the 43-year-old male driver was taken to Peel Health Campus as a precaution.
The 25-year-old female driver of the Hyundai was conveyed to Fiona Stanley Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
