The City of Mandurah is urging four-wheel-drivers to steer clear of Tims Thicket Beach.
Recent wild weather has made conditions at the beach dangerous and some of the four-wheel-drive track has washed away.
It comes after a Nissan Patrol towing a caravan rolled at Tims Thicket earlier this week.
Luckily, the driver suffered minor injuries.
