A 41-year-old man has been charged over a crash in Casuarina that left him another driver with serious injuries.
Police say the accused, who was allegedly under the influence of drugs, was driving a Holden Commodore in a westerly direction on Thomas Road around 2pm on Friday, November 15 when it collided with a white Kia Rio hatchback that was travelling east.
The 32-year-old male driver of the Kia Rio received serious injuries and was conveyed to hospital.
The 41-year-old driver of the Holden also suffered serious injuries.
Police have since charged him with dangerous driving occasioning grievous bodily harm - under the influence of drugs.
The Orelia man appeared in the Perth Magistrates Court on Sunday, February 2.
He will reappear in court at a later date.
