Major Crash Investigation Section officers have charged a Seville Grove man following their investigation into a man being located with critical injuries in Kwinana Beach on Saturday 24 April 2021.
A 25-year-old man from Seville Grove was charged with:
• Fail to stop and render assistance to a victim after a traffic incident where grievous bodily harm has occurred; and
• Fail to report a traffic incident where grievous bodily harm has occurred.
He is due to appear in Rockingham Magistrates Court on Friday 21 May 2021.
Major Crash Investigation Section are still urging any person that may have seen a black Holden Commodore utility in the vicinity of the crash about 3:00am on Saturday 24 April 2021 or has dashcam or mobile phone vision to upload that vision via the following link:
