A 27-year-old man has been charged over a series of alleged break-ins in the Baldivis area.
The accused was on bail when he allegedly removed his electronic monitoring device on Saturday, August 30.
Between 2.50am and 5.45am on Monday, September 1, the man allegedly stole a vehicle, broke into a numbers of others and attempted to break into a number of houses including a property on Liddard Gardens where he allegedly hid while police were searching for him.
The alleged offences happened on Notman Way, Carville Way, Kingcote Road, Beckingham Parkway and Firebrand Grove.
The South Lake man has been charged with several offences including seven counts of stealing, two counts of aggravated burglary, two counts of attempted home burglary, stealing a motor vehicle, no authority to drive, common assault and two counts of criminal damage.
He is due to appear in court at a later date.
