A 62-year-old man has died in a horror crash in Coolup, south of Pinjarra.
The man was driving a red 2003 Nissan Patrol north on the South Western Highway about 4.30pm on Sunday, June 8 when the vehicle left the road and hit a tree.
The driver died at the scene while a nine-year-old boy suffered serious injuries and was airlifted to Perth Children's Hospital for treatment.
