The Peel Cavaliers have broken a nine-year drought to claim the 2026 Men's Country Championships.
Peel were just too strong for South West at Fremantle Community Bank Oval on Sunday, winning 12.7 (79) to 6.10 (46) in division one, denying the SWFL a third straight championship.
The Cavs had not won a Country Championship since 2017.
Peel star Tye Kemp was named best-on-ground.
The Country Championships bring together the best players from across WA's regions to compete each on a statewide stage.
