The Peel Thunder women have crushed Perth by 50-points in their first game of the 2025 WAFLW season.
The Thunder restricted the Demons to just six behinds in their 7.15 (56) to 0.6 (6) victory.
Tiama Collard and Zoe Bailey booted two goals a-piece for Peel, while Chloe Wrigley collected 32-disposals.
The win comes after a dismal 2024 season for the Thunder who won just one game the entire year and finished at the bottom of the ladder.
Peel will take on East Fremantle in round two on Saturday, April 5 at The Good Grocer Park.
