Emergency services are on the scene of a serious crash in Oakford.
It is understood a truck and a people mover vehicle collided along Thomas Road around 11am on Monday.
Six people are possibly injured, some seriously.
Fire crews helped free a number of people who were trapped in the wreckage.
The RAC rescue helicopter has airlifted a woman to Royal Perth Hospital.
Thomas Road is currently closed between Anketell Road and King Road.
