A traffic warden in the South West has suffered serious injuries after being hit by a truck.
The man in his 80s was struck by the delivery truck on Paris Road near Barnes Avenue in Australind around 7.35am on Friday, May 1.
He was rushed by ambulance to Bunbury Hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the truck stopped at the scene and is assisting police with inquiries.

In a statement on their Facebook page, the Shire of Harvey said the safety of the community, particularly around school crossings, remains a top priority.
"The Shire of Harvey is aware of a serious incident that occurred this morning at the intersection of Barnes Road and Paris Road, where a school crossing warden was struck by a vehicle," the statement read.
"Our thoughts are with the attendant, their family, and all those affected. We understand the warden is in hospital and we wish him a full and speedy recovery.
"We acknowledge community concerns regarding traffic conditions in this area and want to reiterate that the Shire has been actively advocating for improved traffic management solutions.
"In collaboration with Australind Police, our local Members of Parliament, Jodie Hanns MLA and David Bolt MLA, and in partnership with Main Roads Western Australia, the Shire has been advocating for traffic monitoring initiatives.
"The Shire has installed traffic counters at multiple locations along Paris Road. This data will inform the development and implementation of appropriate traffic management measures to enhance safety for all road users.
"We will continue working closely with relevant authorities to progress these solutions as a matter of priority."
