A 30-year-old Warnbro man has been charged following a number of incidents in Warnbro and Hillman.
Around 2:20am on Sunday April 4, it's alleged the man attended a home along Greencroft Gardens where he confronted the occupant who was known to him.
He struck the occupant several times with a knife causing several life-threatening wounds.
The 37-year-old victim was conveyed to Royal Perth Hospital for treatment.
It's further alleged on Tuesday, April 6 the man was a passenger in a ride-share vehicle when he demanded the driver stop on Unnaro Street.
He threatened the 46-year-old driver demanding cash and his mobile phone before attacking him which left a laceration to his neck.
Yesterday, the 30-year-old man was arrested at a home in Hillman.
He has been charged with:
• Attempted unlawfully to kill
• Unlawful Wounding
• Attempted Aggravated Armed Robbery
• Obstructing public officers
He will appear in the Perth Magistrates Court today.
