The moment a car ploughed into an 18-year-old man in Mandurah has been caught on CCTV.
TJ Wells was crossing Mandurah Terrace with a group of friends around 12.30pm on Monday when a white Toyota Rav4 crossed onto the wrong side of the road and struck him from behind.
The teenager was thrown into the air and landed on the road.
He suffered a gash to his head and multiple scrapes and bruises.

The footage shows the Toyota continue onto the correct side of the road, heading north along Mandurah Terrace.
TJ was taken to Peel Health Campus by ambulance and was discharged later that day.
On Wednesday afternoon, police confirmed a man in his 20s is assisting them with their inquiries.
"As inquiries remain ongoing, police are seeking public assistance to locate a white 2007 Toyota Rav 4 station sedan believed to have been involved in the incident, bearing registration plates 1ITC789 (WA)," a WA Police spokesperson said.
