WA Police have welfare concerns for a missing 74-year-old woman.
Suzanne Connelly was last seen about 9.30am on Monday, June 8 near a supermarket at the corner of Grange Road and Ennis Avenue in Cooloongup.
She was wearing a white cardigan top, blue jeans and was carrying a black handbag.
Ms Connelly lives with dementia.
Anyone who sees her or has any information regarding her whereabouts is urged to contact police immediately on 131 444.
